The Financial Times reports the U.S. is pushing a plan for all G7 partners to adopt steep tariffs on China and India because of their purchasing of Russian crude oil.
Brazil: The former conservative President of Brazil, Jair Bolsonaro, was convicted Thursday by four of the five Supreme Court Justices for planning and executing an attempted coup d'état after he lost his re-election bid nearly two years ago. Bolsonaro was and still is very popular among the working-class people of Brazil, especially with those in the agriculture business.
