Homeland Energy at Lawler in Northeast Iowa, is allowing contracted corn for February to be delivered now. Another tidbit of bullishness for corn prices.


Exports: The U.S. has shipped over 2 million tons of soybeans to Egypt since September, up 43% from the same period last season. That covers more than 40% of Egypt's projected annual imports. The U.S. share increased to 76% from 41% in recent years, while Ukraine's share fell from 33% to 15%.


Brazilian beef exports will remain stable in 2026 compared with last year, beef lobby ABIEC said on Monday, projecting shipments of 3.3-3.5 million mts this year. Last year was a record with 3.5 million tons of beef exported.


A Chinese importer bought a cargo of Canadian canola shortly after the Canadian Prime Minister’s visit to Beijing last week, boosting prospects for Canadian farmers and potentially undercutting sales by rival supplier Australia. The Panamax cargo of about 60,000 metric tons of Canadian canola is the first since China halted imports in October.
