Tech Guy Opening Calls & Comments 8/19/25

Sep Wheat - 0.75 Lower


Dec Corn - 0.25 to 0.75 Lower


Dec Bean Oil - 0.01 Higher


Nov Beans - Steady to 1.00 Lower


September Crude Oil marked it's low 20 cents above the 61.45 support level, after selling off about 1.05 Dollars from the high to the low.

support - 61.60-61.45, 59.80

resistance - 63.00, 64.20


November Soybeans marked the low almost exactly in between the 2 stated support prices that were 7.50 cents apart, while losing 8.00 cents for the trading session, closing at 1033.25.

support - 1030.00, 1025.00-1022.50

resistance - 1049.50, 1059.00


December Corn marked it's low 2 ticks above the 401.00 support number, then rallied about 4.50 cents from the low to the high.

support - 401.00, 398.50

resistance - 408.00, 411.00


September SRW Wheat marked it's low 3.25 cents below the 500.75 support level, breaking down out of the sideways channel. Unless the selling is a trap, more selling should follow. A close tomorrow above 502.00 will be a reversal higher.

support - 488.00, 475.00 - from weekly chart

resistance - 502.00, 509.00


September HRW Wheat marked it's low 2.25 cents below the 501.00 support point, after selling off about 7.25 cents from the high to the low.

support - 469.50, 461.00

resistance - 503.00, 509.50


September Spring Wheat marked it's low 1.00 cent below the 566.50 support number, then rallied 4.75 cents from the low to the high. Price made a new low for the move then matched yesterday's high price, but could not close above the high. It may be a buying signal, but we will need the fund bulls to follow through tomorrow.

support - 565.50, 563.50

resistance - 574.00, 584.00
